Deleting Colly Portfolio data
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. Delete a purchase identity without the app
Open the secure purchase identity deletion page. Choose the same sign-in provider and account originally used for the purchase identity, verify ownership on the provider’s page, then review and confirm deletion. No app installation is required. Do not send a password or purchase token by email.
In the app, the same action is available under Pro → Delete purchase identity. Deletion cannot be undone. Pro authorization stops on all devices; free manual sync and local records remain available. Deleting a purchase identity does not issue a refund or delete the sign-in provider account or store purchase history.
2. What is deleted and retained
The authorization server processes purchase identity and order identifiers, purchase or refund state, device public keys and fingerprints, system device names, activation state and encrypted store query credentials. It does not read or store the sign-in account’s email, name, profile photo or password, and does not receive payment card details.
Deletion revokes sign-in sessions and device authorizations, removes encrypted provider renewal tokens and store query credentials, deletes short-lived verification records, and clears device names from the live server ledger. Temporarily offline devices learn about revocation when they next verify online.
Minimal purchase identity, hashed order, event and device revocation records remain to prevent duplicate claims and reversal of confirmed revocations. They are not used for advertising or behavioral analysis. Earlier data may remain in automatic database backups for up to seven days. Sanitized operational logs are retained for 30 days. A backup restore must reapply confirmed deletions and revocations.
3. Delete local records and files
Local accounts, subscriptions, payment and activity history, and settings stay on the device and are not deleted by purchase identity deletion. To remove them, open Account and data security in the app and delete the local account. Uninstall behavior varies by platform and data-retention choices; uninstalling alone does not guarantee every copy is removed. Save an encrypted migration package elsewhere first if records should be kept.
Exports, backups, migration packages, sync folders and cloud storage copies are managed separately. Delete unwanted copies through the device or storage provider. Colly Portfolio’s authorization service does not hold these files and cannot delete them remotely.

Contact collydeveloper@outlook.com for help. A request by email does not bypass ownership verification. Passwords, private databases and complete store credentials should not be included.
